Joshua Galbreath – Principal, Galbreath Capital, LLC
Joshua Galbreath is a 12-year U.S. Army veteran and Principal of Galbreath Capital, LLC, bringing over a decade of experience in land acquisition, entitlement, rezoning, and capital management across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. He has managed more than $55M in real estate assets and overseen over 50 new construction projects throughout his career.
His leadership is rooted in an investor-first philosophy, focusing on secure capital structures backed by first-lien positions on debt-free land to minimize risk and maximize stability. Joshua founded the company to align Texas’s rapid growth with disciplined investment strategies that prioritize both investor protection and meaningful social impact.
A core driver of his mission is the firm’s Veteran Initiative program, which supports housing solutions for veterans through VA HUD-VASH and Section 8 partnerships, ensuring stable occupancy while serving those who have served.
Shawn Latham – Director of Capital Markets, Legacy Capital Network
Shawn Latham serves as Director of Capital Markets and brings over 20 years of fundraising and capital formation experience, having raised more than $3 billion across real estate and private equity transactions. He is an SEC-approved professional operating under Reg D Rule 506(c), ensuring full regulatory compliance across all fundraising activities.
Shawn specializes in capital formation, investor relations, and scaling institutional-grade investment platforms. His extensive network of family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and accredited investors across more than 35 states strengthens the firm’s ability to deploy capital efficiently and at scale.
